Regional centres continued to experience strong growth in residential property values but there is still pressure at the top end of the market, according to latest figures.

Describe the story?
I really dont know how to describe the story so ill say it in my words. The situation is really bad it really suck no one can own a property without being wealthy. Property prices are going up fast and high they are worth millions now i think nz housing needs to put down the prices.
Give two points of views mentioned in the story ?

(point of view one)the national growth rate had fallen from 6.5 per cent to 3 per cent year on year, suggesting "the heat has certainly been taken out of the market

What is your opinion on the story ?

What can people do to help people
Its really bad and they NEED to lower the prices to many people are renting not there is a problem with renting its just if you are renting you cant do as many things you could if you buy your own house like have a pet

Write a summary of the current event article, giving your perspective on the story ?

NZ housing NEEDS to lower prices some say they are but i disagree not a lot of people own their own houses most rent. Its based in Auckland and other regions of new Zealand someone said that investors fairly active
