cross country ls1 and ls2ty

for the past couple of weeks the whole of ls2 and ls1 have been practicing cross country it was rely hot and i was exhausted this is our last week of cross country the it started form 2 laps to 3 laps to 4 laps to 5 laps next time we do it it will be 7 laps i bet i cant do that but i will try the key is to pace yourself then you might make it. it has helped me lots of times i used to sprint at the start and i got tired half way through but then our coach told us to pace our self's it did help me a lot.
